Accessibility

I want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need captions and larger text.

What this site aims to meet

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA. That standard covers color contrast, keyboard operation, headings and structure, captions, and the way forms and links are labeled.

What is in place

Every page can be used by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every link, button, and form field. Headings follow a consistent order. Text and the backgrounds behind it meet the required contrast ratios. Every video in the video library has captions you can turn on in the player. Links say where they go. Nothing on the site moves, flashes, or plays on its own.

Known gaps

The podcast episode on the podcast page does not yet have a written transcript. Captions are available on the video version. I am working on adding transcripts.

Captions on the video library were generated automatically and are being reviewed for accuracy, starting with the most-watched videos.

The scheduling pages for the intro call and the strategy session are provided by a third party, and I cannot change how they are built. If you have trouble using them, call or email and I will book the time for you directly.

Report a barrier

If something on this site does not work for you, tell me and I will fix it or find another way to get you what you need.
